Privacy Policy

We use the information you provide when placing an order to complete that order. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent necessary to complete that order.

We may contact you from time to time regarding your order status or about products or specials that we think you may be interested in. If you do not wish to receive these notifications, please email us, and we will honor your request not to send them to you.

We use return email addresses from your email correspondence to us to answer the email we receive. Such addresses from your correspondence are not used for any other purpose and are not shared with outside parties.

Finally, we do not use or share the personally identifiable information provided to us online.

 
Our Return Policy

We want you to be happy! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, Green Thread will be happy to accept a return up to 14 days after you receive the item. However, items must be returned to us in new, unused condition, and be in original packaging, with all tags attached. We will pay the return shipping costs if the product is defective or the return is a result of our error. If the item is returned for any other reason you are responsible for the return shipping amount. For free shipping offers, shipping fees will be deducted from your refund. Shipping fees are calculated at 10% of your original order amount. Undeliverable shipments, refused deliveries and unauthorized returns will be charged for the original shipping fees plus a 10% handling fee. The following items are non-returnable: items purchased on sale, custom made items, and personalized items. No returned merchandise will be accepted without a Merchandise Return Form. We will credit you in the same manner as your original payment within 7 days of receiving the returned item. If the parcel has been visibly damaged in any way, please make a note of this with the carrier when you sign for the parcel and notify us immediately, so that we will be able to claim against the courier. All sales become final 14 days after you receive the item(s).

Gift Returns
Gifts may be returned for store credit to recipient or credit back to purchaser's credit card within 14 days of the date you received the order. We cannot issue a cash or credit card refund to the gift recipient. Please complete the Return Merchandise Form included with your shipment and be sure to indicate the email address where you would like store credit information sent in the "Your email Address" field. Without your email address we cannot process your store credit.

Exchanges
To ensure availability of the item you would like to exchange for, it is best to place a new order for the item online and return the original item for credit back to the original form of payment. Exchanges are processed within 7 days of our receipt of the item(s). If the item you have requested in your exchange is no longer available a credit, (or store credit where applicable), will be issued to the original payment method on file and the information will be emailed to the email address on file for the original order.

What to include in your Return Package
Please complete the Merchandise Return Form included with your shipment and return it, along with the merchandise, to the address on the form. Without the information requested on the form we cannot process your return or exchange.

Returns may only be credited back to the form of payment used to make the original purchase.

NOTE: It is always best to send your package back in a manner that is trackable, (UPS, Fed Ex, or Delivery Confirmation). We cannot be held responsible for parcels lost on return to us.
